- Remove unit’s covers and inspect the following:

- Clean inside of unit to minimize heat build-up and fire potential.
- Operational check of all functions.
- Clean outside of unit
- Certify ammeter, traceable to NIST
- Adjust and certify shot duration timer, traceable to NIST
- Check and certify proper operation of quick break function
- Check and record blacklight intensities
- Check bath condition
- Certify residual field indicators
The intent of this service is not only to maintain certification, but also to minimize down time and extend the life of the equipment.
MX Industrial maintains general liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000.00, protecting both the customer and MX Industrial while our technicians are on your grounds.
We firmly believe that the service offered by MX Industrial is the most thorough around. No other companies go into such detail or extend to such lengths as we do to insure trouble free operation of Magnaflux equipment. Our factory trained, uniformed technicians, travel in fully equipped vans prepared to handle most breakdowns in a single visit.
Once in our database, MX Industrial will notify you of the expiration of your certification, approximately 3-4 weeks in advance. The notice will be brought to your attention, indicating the date of expiration along with the date we would like to visit for recertification. This time frame insures a mutually agreeable date, and also continuity in your certification records.
